Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, the greatest Mexican poet nun of the XVII century, produced a body of work which has engaged the finest minds of the succeeding centuries to comment, study, edit, and produce solid works of scholarship. In an effort to enhance this process and bring more vitality to the criticism and study of the poetess' work, the present bibliography includes citations which span the period 1651-2012. The material up to 1951 is comprehensive in scope. The database is up-dated on a weekly basis for material after 1951. |
